Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager passionate about delivering meaningful mobile and web application solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in managing full-cycle web and mobile projects, stakeholder alignment, and leading cross-functional Agile teams.

You will drive the execution of high-impact digital initiatives across iOS, Android, and web platforms, ensuring quality, efficiency, and value at every stage. If you thrive in a fast-paced tech environment and are committed to continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery - Mobile Web: Lead end-to-end delivery of responsive web platforms and native/hybrid mobile applications (iOS and Android).
Planning Execution: Develop project plans, sprints, budgets, and resource strategies. Continuously monitor timelines and optimize delivery flows.
Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and psychological safety.
Stakeholder engagement: Act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership ensuring clear, transparent communication and goal alignment.
Quality Performance Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet usability, scalability, and cross-platform performance standards through active collaboration with QA/UX teams.
Technical alignment: Use your understanding of technologies such as Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin, REST APIs, and modern web stacks to guide discussions and solve delivery challenges.
Reporting Documentation: Create progress updates, retrospectives, and closure reports. Promote learning by capturing project insights and improvement points.

Required Qualifications

Education: bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (masters preferred).
Experience:
- . 8+ years in IT, with at least 3 years leading mobile and web app development projects.
- . Hands-on familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle, app store/play store deployment, and responsive web implementation.
Methodologies: Familiarity and with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
Tools Platforms: Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical background: Prior experience in web/mobile development or digital product delivery.
Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent.
Experience working with cross-regional or remote teams.
Understanding of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, cloud-based (AWS/GCP/Azure) delivery pipelines.
