Position: Project Manager (Water Supply)
Department: EPCT WATER
Package: 65,000 to 85,000 CTC

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise all phases of the urban water supply project, including design, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
• Oversee technical aspects and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in water supply or infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience working on JICA-funded or similar international projects will be an advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Willingness to be based at Guwahati, Assam for the duration of the project.
• Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
