Job Description

VLSI Project Manager

Hyderabad

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in VLSI design and project management, preferably in a semiconductor R&D environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep technical knowledge of ASIC/SoC design flow, including RTL design, simulation, formal verification, synthesis, place-and-route, and DFT.
  • Familiarity with VLSI design tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics) and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor process technologies (28nm, 16nm, 7nm or below preferred).
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹722,641.79 - ₹2,206,138.96 per year
