Project Manager with strong Scrum Master expertise

Project & Agile Management:

• Lead and manage the

  end-to-end project lifecycle

  (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).


• Act as a

  Scrum Master

  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews

Risk & Change Management:

Team Mentoring & Agile Transformation:

• Mentor and coach team members on

  Agile best practices and methodologies

  .


• Promote

  Agile transformation

  initiatives and process improvements within the organization.

• 8+ years

  of project management experience in complex environments.



• 5+ years

  of experience as a

  Scrum Master

  in Agile environments.


• Strong knowledge of

  Agile frameworks

  (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and

  traditional project management methodologies

  (Waterfall, PMI).


• Proven experience managing

  cross-functional teams and large-scale projects

  .


• Expertise in

  risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication

  .


• Proficiency in

  project management tools

  such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.


• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor s degree

  in

  Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  (Master s preferred).



• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification

  .


• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.


• Experience leading

  Agile transformation initiatives

  .


• Preferred experience in

  IT, software development, or pharma

  industries.
