Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensuring Payment Collection from Client
• Ensuring operations team productivity as per company norm.
• Acts as spokesperson for the project in any communication with external agencies
• To review and approve changes in project scope and any consequent financial impact.
• Co-ordinate for Customer Approval for Schedule, Engineering, Solution, Scope of work
• Project Planning, Engineering Documents, Software Engineering, Contractor Management, Procurement Checks
• Responsible for the safe, successful execution and timely completion of the entire works.
• Ensure that deliverables meet requirements in terms of contents and agreed plan.
• Managing project scope changes and escalates those decisions that are outside the project scope
• Overall progress monitoring, tracking and reporting of project as per approved plans i.e. progress review meetings with relevant persons.
• Liaise and coordinate with Technical Advisor/ Integration manager in regards to design related activities.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with CLIENT and other associates in regards to design related activities.
• To ensure timely production of design and construction drawings as per the project program and requirements.
• To ensure compliance with the established QA/QC procedures, as applicable.
• To ensure maintenance of records such as tracking logs, design files, schedules etc.
• Raise design queries and Request for Information and resolve ambiguities.
• Coordinating with CLIENT participants during design phase to confirm the requirements and design. Responsible and Involve in the design part of project and also coordinating with CLIENT team. Responsible to facilitate Design documents for System.
• Periodic status reporting Scope Management Review of design team
• Participate in audits, process compliance checks and Checkpoint reviews
• Prompt corrective and preventive actions on non-compliance issues.
• Any other tasks / duties assigned by the Project Manager To Escalate issues to Management Committee/Project Director, in case Project Manager is not able to resolve.
• Accompany the Site Engineer / Supervisors representative and QA/QC Engineer CLIENT, to carryout the inspection at various stages i.e. after delivery, during installation and during testing.
• Keeping a daily log of all the Inspection Request submitted by the Site Engineer.
• Carry out statistical analysis of the inspection and test result to improve quality control operation on site, to verify testing / checking compliance and to advise the Site Engineer of the result
