Job Title: Project Manager Change Management (Finance Projects)

Project Manager – Change Management

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end
project management
for finance-focused initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Drive
change management activities
to ensure smooth adoption of new finance processes, systems, or regulatory changes.
Develop and maintain
project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance documentation
.
Prepare and present
project status reports, dashboards, and financial metrics
to senior management and key stakeholders.
Manage and influence
stakeholders
across finance, business, IT, compliance, and leadership teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate
project risks, issues, and dependencies
, especially those impacting finance operations.
Ensure projects comply with
financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards
.
Support change readiness, training coordination, and communication plans.
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across finance project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in
Project Management
, with strong focus on
Change Management
.
Proven experience managing
finance projects
(e.g., accounting systems, ERP finance modules, financial reporting, regulatory or transformation projects).
Strong expertise in
stakeholder management
, including senior finance leadership.
Solid experience in
project reporting
, MIS, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools such as
MS Project, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint
