● Responsible for planning and executing sprints by defining clear sprint goals, prioritizing backlog items, and ensuring timely delivery.
● Reviews performance at the end of each sprint and provides actionable feedback to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.
● Tracks project progress using tools such as Jira and GitHub, ensuring transparency and real-time visibility for all stakeholders.
● Works closely with Business Analysts to refine requirements and with Testers to ensure product quality, aligning all efforts towards sprint goals.
● Ensures strong implementation of Agile Scrum methodology and promotes agile practices within the team and across departments.
● Facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions for effective collaboration.
● Provides leadership to the project team, motivating members, fostering accountability, and encouraging continuous improvement.
● Removes impediments and roadblocks proactively to maintain steady progress and minimize delivery risks.
● Builds strong coordination between developers, testers, BAs, and stakeholders to maintain alignment with business objectives.
● Demonstrates excellent multitasking skills, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
● Brings strong organizational skills to structure workflows, optimize resources, and maintain project timelines effectively.
● Communicates progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to management and stakeholders to maintain trust and confidence.
● Encourages a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance within the team.
● Relevant certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred and considered an added advantage.
● Prior experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach within a software development environment will be valuable.
