Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI-focused projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of

  Microsoft Copilot

  , AI tools, and LLM-based solutions across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI roadmaps, use cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business goals into clear project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with data science, engineering, product, and business teams to scale AI initiatives.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, resource needs, and communication plans.
• Facilitate change management, training, and adoption strategies related to AI tools.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI projects, including LLMs and Microsoft Copilot (mandatory).

• Proven track record managing technical or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering basics, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working with data science or software engineering teams.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or cloud ecosystems.
• Agile or Scrum certification.
