Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Residential Construction

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality
• Ensure day-to-day site activities align with the approved project plan
• Identify on-ground issues and provide timely resolutions

Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of Project Coordinators
• Assign tasks, monitor their performance, and provide guidance
• Coordinate between design, planning, procurement, and execution teams

Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable vendors and contractors for construction work
• Negotiate terms and finalize work orders/contracts
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery

Project Planning & Monitoring

• Prepare detailed work schedules, resource plans, and budget estimates
• Track progress against milestones and manage deviations
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants for design approvals and updates

Cost & Resource Management

• Ensure optimum utilization of materials, labor, and resources
• Review and approve project-related expenditures and vendor bills

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain all project documentation including daily reports, work progress, site photos, and inspection records
• Provide weekly and monthly updates to management on project health

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Enforce construction standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with local authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals
