Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Residential Construction & Interiors (Turnkey Projects)

• Prepare

  detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

  and cost estimates based on architectural and interior design drawings.
• Conduct

  quantity take-offs

  for materials, labor, and equipment for residential and interior fit-out works.
• Analyze

  tender submissions

  , prepare comparative statements, and assist in vendor negotiations.
• Manage

  cost planning and budgeting

  for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Track

  project expenditures

  , monitor costs, and highlight any deviations from the estimated budget.
• Prepare and process

  interim valuations, progress claims

  , and

  final accounts

• Collaborate with site engineers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure material efficiency and cost control.
• Identify potential

  variations or claims

  and assist in pricing and negotiations.
• Prepare

  material and work rate analysis

  .
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Conduct

  site visits

  to verify work progress and ensure project specifications are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in

  Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering

  , or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Quantity Surveyor in

  residential construction and interiors

  .
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software

  like CostX or similar.
• Strong understanding of

  construction methods, materials

  , and

  interior finishing

  techniques.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to

Preferred Qualifications:
