Join a dynamic team supporting strategic transformation and employee engagement in Research & Development Quality (RDQ). The role offers hands-on experience in project coordination, change management, and internal communications, with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration. In this role at Novartis, as a part of the RDQ team, your responsibilities will include: - Accountable for monthly functional updates - Assist in organizing the quarterly RDQ Connect townhalls and Quality Architect Series sessions - Manage RDQ governance structure with relevant document preparations, content and quality checks - Maintain and update RDQ digital presence with relevant communications and postings - Support Change Ambassador Network by collaborating with stakeholders on culture and engagement initiatives - Conduct ad-hoc projects and support with project management activities - Help develop and implement communication strategies aligned with corporate branding - Monitor engagement metrics and gather feedback to improve outreach efforts - Build relationships across RDQ Leadership Team, PMO Community, and Ambassador Networks To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Information Technology or related fields. Masters degree or equivalent is a plus - Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) - Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management role - Very good communication skills - High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) - Strong GenAI literacy, including use of AI tools for content generation and productivity, visual effects creation and enhancement of PowerPoint slides, communication tools that support storytelling and engagement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities served.
