Project Manager (Special Projects)

You will be joining the Special Projects department at Goregaon (west), Mumbai with shift timings from 10 AM to 7 PM. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Special Projects, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of project consultants and overseeing the end-to-end project management process. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing client escalations and ensuring team guidance - Meeting or exceeding set KPI targets - Providing exceptional client experience - Collaborating with internal teams for project management - Planning freelancer capacity and managing freelancer relationships - Monitoring and improving freelancer pool adherence - Conducting team meetings and regulating team shrinkage and attrition - Preparing and analyzing business performance reports - Identifying trends and suggesting next steps - Collaborating with internal teams for quality and delivery improvements - Training and developing team members - Ensuring team productivity and performance management Key Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, Client Servicing, Client Experience, or Account Management - Graduate from a reputed institute, MBA preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Good business acumen - Proficiency in MS Office and ability to adapt to new technical tools Perks & Benefits: - Work with a diverse global team - Quarterly and annual team parties - Flexible working hours - Flat hierarchy and open-door policy Join us and be part of an organization that values employee engagement, professional growth, and appreciation for deserving candidates.,
