Job Description

In this role of Manager - Project Management at Crimson, you will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic team of project consultants and ensuring successful end-to-end project management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operations Management: - Managing client escalations and providing guidance to the team. - Ensuring the team meets or exceeds set KPI targets consistently. - Providing a WOW experience to clients. - Managing freelancers and subject matter experts effectively. - Liaising with internal teams for new project management. - Planning freelancer capacity and raising hiring requisitions. - Monitoring and improving freelancer pool adherence and coverage. - Handling deadline extensions or budget deviation requests. - Tracking in-house process deviations and planning improvements. - People Management: - Developing team members" skill sets. - Conducting and leading team meetings. - Managing team shrinkage and attrition. - MIS Reporting & Data Analytics: - Preparing and sharing business performance reports. - Analyzing data for dashboards. - Identifying trends and suggesting implementation steps. - Sharing deadline adherence reports and team hygiene trackers. - Analyzing key metrics and implementing action plans. - Strategy & Innovation: - Collaborating with internal teams for quality and delivery improvements. - Enhancing products/processes based on client feedback. - Implementing business strategies to achieve goals. - Focusing on developmental initiatives and the Development Credit Score. - Training & Development: - Providing process and product training. - Mentoring team members and updating industry knowledge. - Work Management: - Ensuring team productivity meets expectations. - Analyzing team occupancy for resource alignment. - Performance Management: - Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback. - Identifying High Potential Employees and implementing succession planning. - Mapping career progression within the team. Key Requirements and Characteristics: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, Client Servicing, Client Experience, or Account Management. - Graduate from a reputed institute, MBA preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to resolve client concerns efficiently. - Strong business acumen and analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to different technical tools.
