Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Project Manager in our company, you will lead the planning and implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and OKRs. You will have the determination to work and meet project deadlines and stakeholder expectations, leading the team from the front by identifying blockers and removing them. Working in challenging project scenarios and overcoming them will be a key aspect of your role. Your experience in Agile Methodologies, digital transformation initiatives, and project management software and tools such as Jira, Aha, and Microsoft Project will be utilized to analyze data and project performance metrics to drive decision-making. Inter and intra-team collaboration will also be crucial for project success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and implementation of digital projects - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution - Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress - Work closely with Product Management and delivery teams for strategy execution - Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering project insights - Drive resolution in cross-functional problem solving and integration - Collaborate with local and international teams for operational excellence Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Computer/IT - 5+ years of relevant experience - Certification in PMP/PRINCE2 (Good to have) - Problem-solving and change management skills (Good to have) - Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices (Good to have) Additional Company Details: The candidate will closely work with the leadership and stakeholders to meet the expectation of strong planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Transformation projects.
