Join our team at the Firmwide Resiliency Office within the Office of the CFO to contribute to the design and management of the firm's Resiliency Program. Collaborate with senior leadership and key teams to ensure alignment with the firm's risk activities. As a Firmwide Resiliency Office Associate in the Reporting and Analysis Team located in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will involve reporting on Resiliency Risk Metrics and supporting the development and implementation of new risk metrics. Your responsibilities will include managing key Resiliency Risk Metrics, drafting commentary and analysis, understanding Resiliency Risk metrics and thresholds, adhering to control procedures, collaborating with various Lines of Business (LOB), contributing to process improvement and automation, engaging in testing and deployment activities, enhancing subject matter expertise, and establishing relationships with reporting representatives from different business lines. To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, experience in Reporting and business analysis within the financial services industry, effective communication skills, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA) and PowerPoint, familiarity with BI tools (such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI) and data manipulation tools (like Python, Alteryx, Cognos), experience with agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence), and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
