Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Video Editor, Graphic Designer, and Social Media Executive
• Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Align content calendars with marketing goals and product launches
• Implement and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Ensure design and video outputs meet brand guidelines
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for integrated campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in social media project management or digital content production
• Proficiency in performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and engagement metrics
• Basic design knowledge (Canva/Adobe Suite preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Highly creative, organized, and trend-savvy

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in a startup or digital agency
• Skills in design, video editing, or copywriting
• Familiarity with influencer marketing & community building
