Project Manager – Social Media Team

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Project Manager to lead our Social Media Team, consisting of a Video Editor, Graphic Designer, and Social Media Executive. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and has a strong grasp of social media ecosystems, performance marketing, branding, and design aesthetics.

This is a high-impact role for someone with an eye for visuals, an understanding of engagement metrics, and the ability to align content with brand and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the social media team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content
• Plan and execute creative campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more
• Oversee the content calendar in sync with marketing goals, launches, and brand initiatives
• Implement performance marketing strategies to maximize reach & ROI (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Provide detailed briefs and ensure design/video outputs match brand guidelines
• Track, analyze & report social media metrics for continuous optimization
• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, branding & product teams for integrated campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of project management or digital content production experience
• Proficiency in performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Strong understanding of branding and content strategy
• Basic design knowledge (Canva/Adobe Suite preferred)
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Highly creative, organized, and trend-savvy
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced digital agency
• Skills in design, video editing, or copywriting
• Experience with influencer marketing & community building

Compensation

• Salary: Based on experience (₹25,000 – ₹35,000)
• Performance-based incentives

Work Schedule

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6 days a week
