Role Overview:

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Scrum Master for Teamcenter PLM implementation and customization projects.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
  • Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles and best practices across teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
  • Track and report project metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement clarification and prioritization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 11–16 years

    of overall experience with at least

    5+ years as Scrum Master

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Teamcenter PLM

    (Configuration, Customization, Workflows).

  • SAFe Certified

    (SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master).
  • Hands-on experience in Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing distributed teams and large-scale Agile programs.
