Project Manager- SAP

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP and ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 16 years of strong experience in managing large-scale SAP projects across multiple modules, industries, and geographies. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets. Manage project risks, issues, changes, and communications throughout the lifecycle. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects. Ensure SAP project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates. Collaborate with business process owners and functional/technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices. Support business development efforts including pre-sales, client presentations, and proposal development. Required Skills and Qualifications: 12-16 years of experience in SAP project management and ERP implementation. Proven experience in managing at least 3-4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or S/4HANA. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification is highly desirable. Experience working with global teams and in complex, multi-country rollouts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: MBA/ B-Tech OR Any Graduate
