Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 10-20 years of experience to lead our SAP PP team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects and implementing SAP solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate SAP PP projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on SAP PP modules.
Conduct project reviews and progress updates with stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or budgets.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing SAP PP projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP PP modules and implementation methodologies.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience working with clients in the employment firm/recruitment services industry is preferred.
