Job Description

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of the road project from planning to execution and handover.
Lead and manage teams of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, design specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
Review and approve project documentation, reports, and drawings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in Large Scale highway and structure Project
Proven track record of managing similar road infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of IRC codes, MORTH specifications, and relevant project management tools.
