Job Description

Role & responsibilities The crux is end to end implementations in Oracle Fusion Finance (emphasis is on Fusion (cloud) & Finance) and multiple implementation atleast 2. Good experience in Project Management (across areas such as Budgets, milestones, billing , attrition, escalation, risk mitigation and many more aspects) Presales & Solutions Designing (including Proposals) If this is for the Associate Director Level then the last element will be business development too, to generate business (leads and convert them) Preferred candidate profile 10+ yrs. experience on ERP financials on EBS R12 and or ERP Cloud. Experience on EBS/Fusion Financials implementation is a must. Experience in India Local GST taxes (in EBS/Cloud) is a plus. Must have experience of at least 3 E2E implementations and production support assignments. Preferred background: Charted Accountant (CA) or MBA or M.Tech from a well-known college/university. Key modules - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables AP) /Receivables (AR), Fusion Taxes/EBTAX, Cash Mgmt (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Fusion Expenses/iExpenses Experience in Project Management, Solution Design, Data Migration, Integration and Change Management Experienced in To-Be Process Design, Fit-Gap Analysis, RICEFW Management, Data Migration Strategy design & execution, Cut-over execution, Integration testing and user acceptance testing support Candidate should have strong verbal & written communication skills.
