Role: Project Manager

Experience: 7 to 8 Years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree will be plus)

Location: Bengaluru

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and coordinate technical teams to ensure effective collaboration and task execution.

Manage and support project execution to ensure timelines, quality, and resource goals are met.

Assist in gathering requirements and defining technical deliverables with stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates, present proposals, and address issues.

Participate in quality and process improvement activities.

Prepare APQP documentation in line with project and quality requirements.

Prepare and maintain key documents such as BOMs, FMEAs, and Control Plans.

Review customer documents and drawings to understand requirements.

Support discussions with customer technical teams when needed.

Experience Needed:

Proven experience leading projects with successful delivery outcomes.

Good understanding of development and engineering processes.

Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Planning the development activities based on the overall project release plan.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, testing, and OEMs.

Familiarity with APQP, FMEA, and Control Plan preparation.

Experience in customer communication and escalation management.

Overview of automotive parts (Sensors, Solenoids, Coils, etc.).

Exposure to quality and process improvement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
