Project Manager - Retail Display Fixtures (NIGHT SHIFT)

As a Project Manager specializing in Retail Display Fixtures at Visual Citi, Inc., your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the procurement and fabrication of Display Rollouts, particularly in China. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of projects by effectively coordinating between internal teams and external vendors. This position requires a high level of dedication and expertise in project management, quality control, logistics, and maintaining excellence in a fast-paced and creative work environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing comprehensive project plans, setting realistic timelines, and efficiently allocating resources to achieve client objectives and meet deadlines. - Identifying and collaborating with external vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that their work aligns with project requirements. - Serving as the primary point of contact between design teams, production units, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and operations. - Upholding high standards of quality by reviewing designs, prototypes, and finished props to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality benchmarks. - Monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability while maintaining the quality of deliverables. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with external suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries and competitive pricing. - Ensuring that all projects adhere to industry standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines. To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, outsourcing, and vendor management within the Retail Displays and Visual Merchandising industry. - A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. - Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. - Proven track record in developing and implementing effective brand strategies. - Excellent communication skills in English, strong time management capabilities, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and a commitment to ethical conduct. - Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
