We are looking for a Project Manager between 2-4 years of experience in the services industry, specializing in UX/UI design, website development, and product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with clients, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end UX/UI design, website development, and product development projects. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Define project scope, create detailed timelines, and track milestones. Manage resources, budgets, and risks effectively. Communicate project progress and status updates to clients and internal teams. Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions. Implement Agile or Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow and efficiency. Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the services industry. Hands-on experience managing UX/UI design, website development, and product development projects. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies. Experience working with design and development teams, including knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Jira, Trello, or Asana. Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills. PMP, CSM, or similar certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Show more Show less
