Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Gurugram. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring project timelines are met, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and expediting processes to maintain project flow.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Expeditor skills
• Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management
• Inspection abilities to ensure project quality and compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in residential and commercial construction projects is a plus
