Project Manager-Real Estate

You will be responsible for leading, planning, and monitoring the execution of multiple real estate projects simultaneously in the Ghaziabad area. Your main duties will include overseeing construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control. You will be required to develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, as well as manage and guide the Project Team, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors. It is essential to ensure strict compliance with RERA, Building Codes, Quality Standards, and Safety Norms throughout all projects. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and present project progress reports to the Management, handle contractor negotiations, cost control, material approvals, and site inspections. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, possess a PMP Certification, and have strong Project Management Skills. Experience of 8-12 years in the Real Estate sector is preferred. Technical expertise in RCC, MEP, Finishing works, and Project Execution is essential, along with Vendor & Stakeholder Management skills, and Cost and Time Management abilities. Problem-solving and Decision-making skills are also crucial for this role, as well as excellent communication, documentation, and reporting abilities. Personal characteristics that are highly valued for this position include strong leadership skills and the ability to independently handle large site teams. The ideal candidate should be energetic, solution-oriented, and result-driven. This is a Full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location will be in person. Please note that only male candidates are being considered for this role. The salary range for this position is 1 to 2 Lacs per month.,
