Project Manager-Real Estate

As a Project Manager in the Real Estate sector, your role will involve leading, planning, and monitoring the execution of multiple real estate projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. - Managing and guiding the Project Team, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors. - Ensuring strict compliance with RERA, Building Codes, Quality Standards, and Safety Norms. - Preparing and presenting project progress reports to the Management. - Handling contractor negotiations, cost control, material approvals, and site inspections. Qualifications required for this role: - B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering. - Professional Qualifications such as PMP Certification, Primavera/MS Project skills preferred. With a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, you should possess specific skills in: - Project Management (must be strong). - Team Leadership. - Technical Expertise in RCC, MEP, Finishing works, and Project Execution. - Vendor & Stakeholder Management. - Cost and Time Management. - Problem-solving and Decision-making ability. - Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills. Personal characteristics that will be beneficial for this role include: - Leadership skills to handle large site teams independently. - Energetic, Solution-oriented, Result-driven personality. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
