Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the full lifecycle of RC toy development projects (OEM & co-branded)
Create and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and delivery trackers
Coordinate with design, sourcing, QC, and packaging teams to ensure smooth execution
Align with export clients on certifications (ASTM, EN71, FCC), packaging approvals, and sample testing
Own project documentation and reporting — from kickoff to final shipment
Proactively identify risks and roadblocks; manage changes with clear communication
Ensure timeline, quality, and compliance expectations are met

What We’re Looking For

2–6 years of hands-on project management experience with physical products (OEM, manufacturing, consumer electronics, or toys preferred)
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, production timelines, and stakeholder coordination
Proficient in ClickUp, Excel (or other PM tools) for timeline tracking
Clarity in communication, sharp with documentation, and driven by ownership
Bonus: Prior exposure to global certification standards, export operations, and cross-border timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
