Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager (Civil) to join our team at R & R Builders. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage project budgets, billing, and cost control.
• Ensure timely completion of projects as per client expectations.
• Handle documentation, reports, and approvals related to projects.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience in project management within the construction field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
