Support the senior merchandiser in daily operations, client updates, and internal reporting. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and assist in resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation including tech packs, order sheets, and approval records. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent service. Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supporting product planning and trend research. Assist in quality checks and shipment coordination as needed

Ensure adherence to measurement specs, fabric quality, and finishing standards. Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records. Work closely with merchandisers and production managers to resolve quality concerns. Assist in quality audits and follow up on corrective action plans. Monitor sample approvals and production trials before bulk runs. Maintain compliance with buyer quality requirements. Desired Candidate Profile : 1 - 4 years of experience in quality control within the garment/textile industry. Strong knowledge of knitwear garment construction, defects, and finishing standards. Familiarity with AQL systems and quality audit procedures. Attention to detail and strong observation skills. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams. Basic understanding of measurements and tech packs.

Role & responsibilities : As the Factory/ Plant Head you will be responsible for the total operations of the assigned business unit. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe manufacturing of quality products in a manner that is consistent with company policies and procedures. This includes providing workers with information, materials, and training, enabling them to produce the highest quality product possible, monitoring records for attendance, payroll, production, safety, and ergonomics, and encouraging the development of ideas from supervisors and employee. You will manage a team of 40 (5 direct, 35 indirect) personnel across technical/ operational/ quality/ finance and supporting functions. You will work closely with the leadership team and other plant heads to develop best practices and solutions. More specifically, you will: Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working order The successful candidate will have the following attributes: Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
