Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections during the production cycle. Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions to the production team. Ensure adherence to measurement specs, fabric quality, and finishing standards. Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records. Work closely with merchandisers and production managers to resolve quality concerns. Assist in quality audits and follow up on corrective action plans. Monitor sample approvals and production trials before bulk runs. Maintain compliance with buyer quality requirements. Desired Candidate Profile : 1 - 4 years of experience in quality control within the garment/textile industry. Strong knowledge of knitwear garment construction, defects, and finishing standards. Familiarity with AQL systems and quality audit procedures. Attention to detail and strong observation skills. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams. Basic understanding of measurements and tech packs.
