Job Title: Technical Project Manager Mobile App Development Location: H Block, Sector 63, Noida (Electronic City) Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office Experience Required: 5–15 Years Salary Range: 5 – 8 LPA Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week (Alternate Saturdays Off) About Us: We are a fast-growing app development company focused on building educational and EdTech mobile applications, primarily serving clients in Dubai and the UAE . Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage a cross-functional team of 8–15 members , including: iOS Developers Android Developers Social Media Manager UI/UX Designers QA/Testers and Coordinators You will oversee the full product lifecycle of EdTech and educational apps—from concept through deployment—ensuring project goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage mobile app development projects from planning to delivery. Coordinate and supervise the efforts of the development, design, and social teams. Define clear milestones, track progress, and manage timelines effectively. Collaborate closely with clients (mainly Dubai/UAE based) and internal stakeholders. Drive application development strategy, especially for EdTech solutions. Ensure smooth communication across teams and maintain a problem-solving mindset. Perform code and design reviews where necessary and manage risk proactively. Preferred Candidate Profile: 5–15 years of experience in app development and project management. Strong background in mobile application development (iOS, Android, hybrid apps). Hands-on experience in EdTech or educational app development is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Experience working with international clients, particularly in the UAE/Gulf region, is a plus. Preference will be given to Muslim candidates , in line with cultural and team alignment.
