Project Manager

You will be working as a Project Manager at Qodequay Technologies in Pune, where your primary responsibility will be leading and coordinating IT projects. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are completed within the set timelines and budget. Your expertise in project management, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry, will be essential for the company's success. As a Project Manager, your duties will include planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects from start to finish. It will be crucial to align these projects with company objectives and meet client expectations. You will need to develop detailed project plans, establish timelines, and manage budgets effectively. Monitoring project progress, addressing issues, and making necessary changes to achieve project goals will also be part of your responsibilities. Identifying and mitigating project risks are vital aspects of the role. Effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, will be necessary. Managing project resources such as budget and human resources will also fall under your purview. Experience in team leadership, project coordination, and project engineering will be beneficial. Familiarity with various project methodologies like PMP, Agile, Scrum, and project management tools such as MS Planner and JIRA will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the technology sector is required. Knowledge of Digital Transformation services like AR/VR/MR, AI, Cloud Computing, Blockchain, and PaaS will be an added advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is preferred. The willingness to travel for client meetings and other sales activities is also expected.,
