Job Description

As a Project Manager for the Green Hydrogen project in Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat, you will be responsible for the overall execution of the Green Ammonia Plant project. This includes managing construction, commissioning, compliance, and coordination with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project execution, including schedules, budgets, and risks. - Oversee EPC/EPCM coordination and multidisciplinary engineering activities. - Ensure compliance with PESO, GPCB, Factory Act, and safety standards. - Lead the commissioning of electrolyzers, gas systems, ammonia synthesis, utilities & SCADA/DCS. - Drive PSSR, safety checks, SOP creation, and O&M readiness. - Foster a strong HSE culture and provide training to plant teams. Qualifications & Skills: - B.E./B.Tech (Chemical). - 7-10 years of experience in Green Hydrogen/Ammonia/Chemical/Petrochemical projects. - Strong knowledge of electrolysis, hydrogen/oxygen handling & ammonia synthesis. - Expertise in EPC project management and project tools (MS Project/Primavera). - Strong leadership, decision-making & problem-solving skills.
