Project Manager

You will be responsible for providing on-site leadership to the project team, ensuring team members are motivated and meeting project goals and milestones. Full project life cycle ownership is a key aspect of this role, including successful project delivery from initiation to deployment for major and minor initiatives simultaneously. Reporting on project success criteria results, metrics, and managing test and deployment activities are essential tasks. Your responsibilities will also include participating in the establishment of practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance and mature capabilities for the organization. You will be required to prepare estimates, detailed project plans for all project phases, manage day-to-day project activities and resources, and lead project management team meetings. Providing status reports on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership is crucial. Demonstrating functional acumen to align solutions with client goals while adhering to industry best practices is expected. Managing project scope and changes, acting as an internal quality control check, delegating tasks to appropriate personnel, and monitoring outcomes to resolve issues and deliver critical path deliverables are part of the role. The requirements for this position include a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with at least 4 years of project management experience. Proficiency in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, and SDLC/Waterfall is necessary. Strong leadership, motivational skills, and the ability to work across different business and technology organizations are essential. Problem-solving skills, teamwork, innovation, and excellence are valued qualities for this role. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CA Clarity PPM are also required.,
