Project Manager - Product Transfer

Role Overview: You will be part of a dynamic team at Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, working on project management and development. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project charters, managing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the project charter and management plan. - Direct, manage, monitor, and control the project, evaluating tradeoffs within the project. - Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope. - Create and manage the detailed project Gantt chart, analyzing critical paths, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. - Work with cross-functional managers to define the project budget and monitor costs within budget. - Develop a risk management plan, identify project risks, and create a risk response plan. - Create a Procurement Management Plan and participate in selecting procurement partners. - Contribute to the validation and verification plan of manufacturing processes at vendor sites. - Participate in activities such as PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP generation related to product transfers. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech./ M.Tech./ MS. in Mechanical/ Biotech Engg./ Electrical/ Electronic or relevant discipline, or equivalent technical experience. - 9 to 13 years of relevant experience. - Proven Project Management skills demonstrated through the delivery of business-critical projects. - Strong communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders. - High level of PC Skills required, including proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, PowerApps, and Power BI dashboards. - Experience with GD&T, process mapping, statistical methods, and process/product validations; PMP certification would be advantageous.
