Project Manager - Product Transfer

Role Overview: You will be involved in the development and management of project charters, Gantt charts, risk management plans, and procurement management plans. Collaborating with project stakeholders, cross-functional managers, and vendor sites will be essential. Additionally, you will participate in the validation and verification plans associated with product transfers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the project charter and management plan - Direct, manage, monitor, and control project activities - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope - Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart - Define project budget and monitor costs - Develop a risk management plan and monitor risk response - Develop a Procurement Management Plan and assist in selecting procurement partners - Participate in validation and verification plans at vendor sites - Engage in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP generation for product transfers Qualifications Required: - B.Tech./ M.Tech./ MS. in Mechanical/ Biotech Engg./ Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent technical experience - 9-13 years of relevant experience - Proven Project Management skills - Strong communication and influencing skills - Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, PowerApps, Power BI dashboards) - Experience in GD&T, process mapping, statistical methods, process/product validations - PMP certification would be beneficial Additional Details: Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies, dedicated to making healthcare better for patients.
