Job Description

You will be responsible for planning and supervising a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures, able to coordinate a team of professionals, and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your goal will be to deliver all projects on time according to requirements and budget. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine project specifications - Negotiate contracts with external vendors and reach profitable agreements - Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities - Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials) with attention to budget limitations - Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines - Acquire equipment and materials, monitor stocks, and handle inadequacies promptly - Hire contractors and staff, allocate responsibilities, and supervise their work - Evaluate progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards - Report any issues related to health and safety standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Total work experience: 10 years preferred - Management experience: 7 years preferred Please note that this job is full-time and permanent. The work location is in person, with a day shift schedule.,
