Hiring: Project Manager / PMO (Technical)

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Project Manager (PM) or PMO who can lead development teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure smooth execution of multiple technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with technical leads and developers to resolve challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Provide technical guidance and support to the team — be hands-on when required.

Manage stakeholder communication, project documentation, and reporting.

Implement PMO best practices, governance, and process improvements.

Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to keep projects aligned with goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in IT Project Management / PMO roles.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and manage technical teams effectively.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Technical background — able to understand code, architecture, and technology stacks (preferred).

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification (good to have).

Experience working in client-facing or product-based environments.
