◆ ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute PEB structure erection and sheeting work at our industrial shed project site in Bareilly, U.P.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution—from steel unloading to final handover. This includes managing manpower, subcontractors, erection, sheeting, safety, quality, and client coordination.

◆ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STRUCTURE ERECTION

• Supervise unloading, layout, and erection of steel members (columns, rafters, bracings)
• Oversee lifting, bolting, alignment, torquing, and leveling
• Coordinate with erection teams, crane operators, and maintain daily erection sequence
• Ensure safety compliance during high-risk lifting and working at height

ROOFING & SHEETING

• Plan and supervise installation of PPGI/PPGL sheets, skylights, ridge vents, and flashing
• Ensure proper overlap, screw alignment, cutting accuracy, and waterproofing
• Conduct layout approvals and address quality issues proactively
• Ensure leakage-free, drawing-compliant finishing

SITE MANAGEMENT

• Lead daily site reviews, work planning, and progress tracking
• Manage 50+ manpower and subcontractors efficiently
• Coordinate with client, HO, design, and procurement teams
• Submit DPRs, material consumption, checklists, and photographic records
• Maintain stock and material reconciliation registers

QUALITY, SAFETY & DOCUMENTATION

• Enforce strict QC procedures and safety protocols
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain compliance logbooks
• Ensure audit-readiness, inspection records, and handover documentation

◆ CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 6–12 years in PEB structure erection & sheeting (industrial sheds)

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of GA, erection, sheeting & anchor bolt drawings
• Hands-on experience in site execution, manpower management, and project tracking
• Leadership mindset with clear communication and client-handling capability
• Ready to stay full-time at site and work under tight timelines
