Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap Management: Work with internal stakeholders and Sr. Product Team members to manage and execute the product roadmap. Prioritize the roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market/customer needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics/risk, design, marketing, and operations to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

Business and Customer Context: Build a strong understanding of the market, competition and customer segments. Keep a tab on issues and customer pain points on an ongoing basis and define solutions

Documentation: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that communicate product specifications and business needs to the development team.

Project Management: Collaborate with the Project Management Team to oversee the product development process from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user expectations and business objectives.

Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations that will drive growth and improve user satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a Product Role with a Financial Services, FinTech, Ecommerce or a Digital 1st company. Work experience in an agile project will be ideal

B.Tech /B.E/Graduate in Computer Science/IT from a Tier1 or 2 college. MBA is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

Comprehensive and detailed Business Analysis and Requirement Documentation (BRD) skills required.

Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take

Ability to stay motivated and focused in a hybrid/remote work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
