Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage study abroad events and internal team operations. The ideal candidate will be bold, assertive, and capable of handling responsibilities with a leadership mindset. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple counselors, and a focus on increasing student enrollments for overseas education.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing education fairs and university delegate visits, working closely with counselors to ensure high-quality student applications. You will play a key role in driving performance, enhancing student turnout, and maintaining the overall quality of the student recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and organize overseas education events and university delegate visits and admission drives

· Communicates study progress and identifies issues affecting data quality, ethics, compliance, suggesting solutions when needed.

· Analyze post-event performance data to evaluate success and recommend improvements.

· Ensure every event achieves target student participation and contributes to intake success.

· Identify high-potential student profiles and ensure timely follow-up for successful admissions.

· Supervise counselors to meet monthly student targets

· Support and training teams with insights based on quality checks to enhance counselor performance.

· Drive student engagement and increase event participation

· Ensure smooth event execution and high conversion rates

· Monitor counselor performance and provide ongoing support and direction

· Maintain discipline and a goal-oriented approach within the team

· Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to maximize student reach and engagement.

· performance and event outcome reports for management review

Compensation:

Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000+
Attractive incentive structure based on student conversions and event success

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
