Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong experience in fashion technology, digital-first, and e-commerce ecosystems. The role requires expertise in managing projects that involve images, creative workflows, and content operations. The ideal candidate will combine domain knowledge in digital-first retail-tech and fashion-tech with proven ability to deliver projects in fast-paced, technology-driven settings. They should also demonstrate a corporate style of communication when working with clients, internal leadership, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, product, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery.
Maintain professional and structured communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment at all stages.
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Deliver crisp and well-structured updates, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct post-project reviews and implement learnings for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.

Qualifications

5 10 years of project management experience, preferably in fashion technology, digital-first retail-tech, or e-commerce solutions.
Prior experience with image-focused, content, or creative operations is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills with a corporate style of communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
