About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong experience in fashion technology, digital-first, and e-commerce ecosystems. The role requires expertise in managing projects that involve images, creative workflows, and content operations. The ideal candidate will combine domain knowledge in digital-first retail-tech and fashion-tech with proven ability to deliver projects in fast-paced, technology-driven settings. They should also demonstrate a corporate style of communication when working with clients, internal leadership, and stakeholders.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, product, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery.
• Maintain professional and structured communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment at all stages.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Deliver crisp and well-structured updates, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement learnings for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.

• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in fashion technology, digital-first retail-tech, or e-commerce solutions.
• Prior experience with image-focused, content, or creative operations is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills with a corporate style of communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
