Job Description

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day project execution across 11 technical chapters of the study. You will be responsible for managing integrated work plans, resources, and schedules (~16-20 weeks per site). Your key duties will involve coordinating with subcontractors such as Geo-technical drilling, mapping, bathymetry, hydrology, seismic, and modelling studies, ensuring Assystem QA/QC supervision. It will be your responsibility to maintain compliance with various regulatory bodies including AERB, IAEA, DAE SSC, MoEFCC, WRD, and other key stakeholder requirements. You will also prepare and deliver progress reports, Site Selection Steering Committee-ready documentation, and presentations. Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies, as well as ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and managing interfaces between Assystem Stup (India) and Assystem global experts, will be crucial aspects of your role. Qualification Required: - Degree in Engineering, Earth Sciences, or Project Management (Masters preferred). - Minimum 12-15 years of experience managing large, multidisciplinary infrastructure or energy projects. - Proven track record in Nuclear, Thermal, Hydropower, or large-scale infrastructure feasibility studies. - Familiarity with AERB, IAEA, or equivalent international regulatory frameworks. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, budgets, and schedules on multi-site programs. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
