Project Manager - Nuclear Energy

As the Project Manager for a large-scale infrastructure project, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of 11 technical chapters of the study. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing integrated work plans, resources, and schedules for each site (approximately 16-20 weeks per site). - Coordinating with subcontractors such as Geo-technical drilling, mapping, bathymetry, hydrology, seismic, and modelling studies to ensure Assystem QA/QC supervision. - Maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies such as AERB, IAEA, DAE SSC, MoEFCC, WRD, and other key stakeholders. - Preparing and delivering progress reports, documentation for the Site Selection Steering Committee, and presentations. - Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies across technical, financial, and regulatory aspects. - Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement with entities like NTPC, local/state authorities, and regulators. - Managing interface between Assystem Stup (India) and Assystem global experts. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering, Earth Sciences, or Project Management (Masters preferred). - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in managing large, multidisciplinary infrastructure or energy projects. - Proven track record in Nuclear, Thermal, Hydropower, or large-scale infrastructure feasibility studies. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as AERB, IAEA, or equivalent international standards. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, budgets, and schedules for multi-site programs. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.,
