• Lead day-to-day project execution across 11 technical chapters of the study.
• Manage integrated work plans, resources, and schedules (~16-20 weeks per site).
• Coordinate with subcontractors (Geo-technical drilling, mapping, bathymetry, hydrology, seismic, modelling studies) ensuring Assystem QA/QC supervision.
• Maintain compliance with:
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, Site Selection Steering Committee-ready documentation, and presentations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies (technical, financial, regulatory).
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement (NTPC, local/state authorities, regulators).
• Interface management between Assystem Stup (India) and Assystem global experts.
• Degree in Engineering, Earth Sciences, or Project Management (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 12–15 years’ experience managing large, multidisciplinary infrastructure or energy projects.
• Familiarity with AERB, IAEA, or equivalent international regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, budgets, and schedules on multi-site programs. • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
