Job Description

Project Overview:

Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Act as SPOC for offshoring and tool deployment projects.
Conduct governance meetings (OPCO) and contribute to SteerCo.
Assess operational readiness for activity transfer with SMEs.
Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and issues.
Coordinate across onshore, COE, and support teams for execution.
Escalate blockers to senior management when required.
Support SLA setup, amendments, and compliance monitoring.
Provide functional know-how to project teams as needed.

Contributing Responsibilities

Provide SME support for project activities.
Track SLA execution within COE.
