Project Overview: The Project Manager will drive offshoring initiatives and application/tool deployment projects ISPL COE. This includes end-to-end project management , risk assessment , SLA governance , and ensuring smooth transition of activities from onshore to offshore teams. The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance meeting facilitation, and process oversight. Roles and Responsibilities Act as SPOC for offshoring and tool deployment projects. Conduct governance meetings (OPCO) and contribute to SteerCo. Assess operational readiness for activity transfer with SMEs. Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and issues. Coordinate across onshore, COE, and support teams for execution. Escalate blockers to senior management when required. Support SLA setup, amendments, and compliance monitoring. Provide functional know-how to project teams as needed. Contributing Responsibilities Provide SME support for project activities. Track SLA execution within COE.
